What you’ll do

  • Define in partnership with Zone Leader, Finance and Mkt team the business targets for Strategic accounts
  • Drive monthly reviews with Strategic team to revise deals of all strategic accounts
  • Monitor customer metrics such as Orders, sales, CM, WR, VISI, SHARE, CCR, OTRW, OD Volume, Upgrade)
  • Review all SAM metrics and drive escalations (Epq&Svc) to act on customer issues
  • Guarantee achievement of Strategic Business Targets and root cause analysis in eventual drop according to Ops Mechs
  • Support Strategic Accounts is critical packages negotiations
  • Develops commercial expertise among strategic vertical and brings market insights with competitors’ data
  • Work in partnership with Services Team to manage fleet and proactively propose actions/ solutions to client.
  • Guarantees internal CRM/ tools are updated with accurate data
  • Responsible to act and keep track of reduction of losses (T&L, ACOS, Concession, etc..)
  • Works in strong partnership with Product SBUs to propose one ge solutions and multimodality deals
  • Navigates well among several internal areas – financing solutions, HPM, services delivery, svc sales, PSSs, sales ops, compliance, and education- to influence and address clients demands
  • Work in KOL identification and engagement
  • Identify and create customer key stake holders mapping
  • People Management: guarantee and lead a high performing team, through selection processes, effective performance management process, retention actions and pipeline identification for critical positions in partnership with human resources team. Guarantee the team is committed not only to individual targets but also “collateral” as co responsible.
  • Responsible to manage full effectiveness performance by team and individual level.

What you need to have

  • Bachelor's Degree Complete
  • Experience with Sales on HealthCare
  • Advanced English
